The standard we hold ourselves to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is a target we build and test against, not a certification, and we would rather say that plainly than claim full conformance and be wrong.

What we do

• Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and focus is always visible.
• A skip link at the top of every page jumps straight to the main content.
• Headings follow a real outline, so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
• Text and background colors are checked for contrast against the AA thresholds.
• Tap targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
• Form fields have real labels, and errors are announced rather than shown only in color.
• Interactive controls use native elements, so assistive technology understands them.
• The before-and-after slider is a standard range input and works with arrow keys.
• Motion is limited to interaction feedback, and it is switched off entirely when your device requests reduced motion.
• Prices use tabular figures so numbers do not shift as they update.
• The site works without JavaScript for everything except the quote configurator.

Where we know we fall short

Some content is generated from data and may change as we add pages. If a new page has a heading problem, a missing label, or poor contrast, that is a defect and we want to know about it.

We do not currently publish video. When we do, it will be captioned before it goes live.

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, contact us and tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. We will fix it, and we will help you get what you needed in the meantime — you should never have to fight a website to book a dryer vent cleaning.
