Air duct and dryer vent cleaning in Phoenix
$499
Duct + dryer vent
$578 if you book them separately. You save $79.
One visit, both jobs. Air duct cleaning for one system with up to 12 supply vents, plus a standard dryer vent cleaning, for $499. Booked separately those two visits are $449 and $129. The saving is real and it is small, because the only thing that actually gets cheaper is the second trip.

Air duct cleaning, one system
Every supply run up to 12 vents, plus returns and the main trunk, using source removal with the system under continuous negative pressure.
-
Dryer vent cleaning, standard

Airflow test on the dryer vent
Measured before and after, so the result is a number rather than an opinion.
-
Registers and grilles
Supply registers and return grilles pulled, cleaned, reinstalled.
-
Camera proof on both jobs
Before-and-after footage inside the ductwork and inside the dryer duct. Sent to your phone and stored with the job.
-
One written finding list
Anything damaged, disconnected, or wet in either system gets photographed and written up in plain language.
Signs you need this
- You are moving into a house and want the air side handled once, properly, before you settle in.
- You already decided you need duct cleaning, and the dryer vent is overdue anyway.
- You just finished a remodel and the system ran through the dust.
- You are preparing a house to sell or to rent and want one documented visit.
- You were quoted a 'free dryer vent' with duct cleaning somewhere else and want to compare the real numbers.
When you don't need this
Do not buy this bundle if you only need one of the two services. If your ducts do not meet the conditions that actually warrant cleaning, buy the dryer vent cleaning on its own and keep the rest of your money. The duct half is the expensive half, and the EPA does not recommend cleaning ducts routinely, only as needed. Read the honest test on the air duct cleaning page before you book this. Equally, if your dryer vent was cleaned in the last year and runs fine, book the ducts alone. A bundle is only a deal when you needed both things anyway.
What a bundle is, and what it is not
This is two separate jobs done on one visit. It is not a package where one service gets quietly thinned out to pay for the other. The duct cleaning is the same duct cleaning we sell on its own, and the dryer vent cleaning is the same one we sell on its own.
The saving is $79. That is a modest number and it is meant to be. It reflects one trip, one setup, and one arrival window instead of two. Anyone offering you a dramatic bundle discount has either padded the individual prices first or is planning to shorten one of the jobs.
About the free dryer vent offer
If you have been quoted duct cleaning with a free dryer vent cleaning thrown in, the thing to compare is the total you pay, not the item marked free.
Two questions worth asking whoever quoted it. First: what is the total, in writing, before anyone arrives? Second: what does the duct cleaning actually involve — is the system under continuous negative pressure with every branch agitated, or is it a vacuum held at the register?
A genuinely cheaper total from a company doing real source removal is a better deal than ours, and you should take it. What we are offering is a published number that does not move once a technician is standing in your laundry room.
Which one you actually need in a Phoenix home
Most people booking this only genuinely need one half of it, and we would rather say that up front.
The dryer vent side is a maintenance item with a clear schedule: once a year for most Valley households, and there are observable signs when it is overdue.
The duct side is not a maintenance item. The EPA does not recommend cleaning ducts routinely, only as needed, and there is a short honest list of conditions that warrant it. If you do not meet that list, book the dryer vent on its own. You will spend $129 instead of $499, and we will still show up with a camera.
What we do not do
We clean and we document. On this visit that means no duct repair, no rerouting, no sealing, no new penetrations, no mold testing or remediation, and nothing done to the dryer itself. If we find a disconnected run in the attic or a crushed vent inside a wall, you get the photo and a plain explanation of what it needs and who does that work.
What it costs in the Phoenix metro
| Included service | Separately |
|---|---|
| Air duct cleaning (1 system, up to 12 supply vents) | $449 |
| Dryer vent cleaning | $129 |
| Booked separately | $578 |
| Duct + dryer vent | $499 |
You save $79 versus booking the two visits separately, because it is one trip and one setup.
Add-ons, only with your approval
Nothing here gets added to your job unless you approve it by text first. Techs earn no commission on add-ons.
| Service | Price | Unit |
|---|---|---|
| Dryer vent cleaning (roof or second-floor exit) | $179 | per job |
| Additional supply vent | $25 | per vent |
| Bird nest removal + guard install | +$49 | per job |
How the visit works
- Confirm the count and the price The tech counts supply vents and checks the dryer vent exit type at the door. If either differs from your quote, you hear the corrected price before any work starts.
- Walk both systems with you Air handler, returns, a sample of supply runs, and the dryer termination outside.
- Ducts first The collection unit goes on the trunk and runs continuously while every branch is agitated. This is the long part of the day.
- Dryer vent second Baseline airflow reading, brush and vacuum from both ends, termination and flapper cleared, second reading taken.
- Reassemble and document Registers back on, dryer reconnected with a clamp and returned to position.
- Send the proof Footage from both systems, both airflow readings, and the finding list go to your phone before the tech leaves.

What makes this different in the Phoenix metro
One trip instead of two
The saving here is a scheduling saving, not a discount on the work. Valley drive times between the East and West Valley are real, and one visit costs us less than two.
Both systems collect the same dust
The same blowing dust that loads a return also settles on an exterior dryer termination. If one is overdue there is a fair chance the other is too.
Attic work is a morning job in summer
Both jobs often involve attic or roof access, so we schedule this bundle in early windows from May through September.
Our standards and the guarantee
The work is done by vetted, insured independent technicians. You hire Proof Vent & Duct, you pay Proof Vent & Duct, and you hold Proof Vent & Duct accountable. Technicians are paid after they upload proof of the work, not before.
Every job produces a before-and-after record: photos, video where it helps, and measured readings. It goes to your phone and stays attached to the job.
The guarantee runs 90 days. If the result is not what we documented, we come back and make it right, or you do not pay for it.
Know the price before we show up. See the proof before we leave.

Questions we get from Phoenix customers
- How much is duct and dryer vent cleaning together?
- $499 for one HVAC system with up to 12 supply vents plus a standard first-floor dryer vent. Separately those are $449 and $129, so the bundle saves you $79.
- Why is the saving only $79?
- Because that is what it actually saves us. One trip instead of two, one setup, one arrival window. We are not going to inflate a discount by first inflating the prices it comes off.
- Other companies offer a free dryer vent cleaning with duct cleaning. Isn't that better?
- Compare the total, not the freebie. Add up what you will actually pay for the duct cleaning and ignore the word free. If their total is lower than $499 and their duct cleaning is genuine source removal with proof, take it. Our price is published and does not change on site, which is the part worth comparing.
- How long does the whole visit take?
- Usually four to five hours for one system plus the dryer vent, including both walkthroughs and the proof footage. A high vent count or a roof dryer exit pushes it longer.
- My dryer vent goes out through the roof. Can I still book this?
- Yes. The bundle covers a standard first-floor wall exit, so a roof or second-floor exit is priced at $179 in place of the standard vent. You will see that on your quote before you book, not after we arrive.
- What if I have more than 12 supply vents?
- Each additional supply vent is $25. The tech counts them with you at the door and confirms the total before starting.
- Do I need to be home for the whole thing?
- Someone needs to let the tech in and confirm the price at the door. After that you do not need to supervise. The proof comes to your phone either way.
- Can I add a second HVAC system?
- Yes, an additional system is $299, added to the bundle. It costs less than the first because the crew, the equipment, and the setup are already on site.
- What is the guarantee?
- 90 days on both services. If the proof does not show the result we documented, we come back and make it right, or you do not pay for it.
