Program description

Proof Vent & Duct LLC sends text messages one to one, from a person, about work you have asked us to do. That means confirming a quote, scheduling and arrival windows, asking for your approval before any additional work, sending a link to your proof report after a job, and replying to questions you send us.

We do not send automated or bulk texts. We do not sell your number, and we do not send marketing texts unless you separately ask us to.

How you opt in

You consent to receive texts from us when you give us your mobile number, which happens when you submit the instant quote form, send us a message, or ask us to text you by phone or in person. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency depends on your job. A typical job involves a small number of messages: scheduling, any approval request during the visit, and your proof report. We do not send recurring messages on a fixed schedule.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier charges those, not us. Check your plan if you are unsure what messages cost you.

How to stop

Tell us to stop, by text or by calling (623) 777-8504, and we will stop texting you. After that we will not text you unless you ask us to start again.

Opting out of texts does not cancel a booked job. If you have work scheduled and you opt out, we will contact you by phone or email instead.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control, including network conditions and your device settings. If something is time sensitive, call us rather than relying on a text.

Privacy

Your mobile number is handled under our privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your number with third parties for their own marketing.

Changes to these terms

If we change how we use text messaging, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to text with us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
