Before anyone enters your home
General liability insurance
Every technician carries general liability insurance, with Proof Vent & Duct LLC named as additional insured. We track when each certificate expires.
A background check
Required before anyone enters a customer's home.
A shadowed first job
A new technician works alongside an experienced one before being sent out alone.
A signed agreement with the no-upsell rule
No add-on commissions and no selling at the door. The agreement also covers proof of work, brand conduct, and the limits of what a technician may do.
Proof of work on every job
A technician is paid after the before-and-after proof is uploaded and a short window passes without a complaint. No proof, no payment.
Equipment and training by service

Air ducts
A negative-air collection machine with HEPA filtration, and rotary or air-whip agitation matched to the duct material. Technicians are expected to hold NADCA ASCS certification, or to be working toward it within six months of starting. The duct cleaning method

The limits we work within
- We clean and document. We do not diagnose or repair equipment.
- Anything outside our scope is written down and referred, not quoted.
- No health, allergy, or disinfection claims, ever.
- No price above the confirmed one without your approval by text first.

- Can I see a certificate of insurance?
- Ask us. A property manager or HOA can request one for their file.
- How do I know the proof is real?
- Photos and readings are uploaded from the job and stored against it with the date. You can see real examples on the job photos page.
- What happens if something goes wrong?
