After 18 years in this trade in the Valley, you learn how it is usually sold. An advertised price that exists to get a van into your driveway. That is not a complaint about competitors. It is a description of the business model, and it is why duct cleaning has the reputation it has.

Every price we charge is on this site, and it is the price you pay. Nothing is added at your house without your approval by text first. If the job turns out to be smaller than you described, you pay the smaller price.
Technicians earn nothing on add-ons
No commission, no bonus, no target. A technician who tells you that you do not need something loses nothing by saying it. Build the incentive correctly and the honesty takes care of itself.
You get the evidence
Before-and-after footage from inside the duct, and measured airflow readings. Not a photo of a register. Not a stock image. Your ductwork, on the day, dated.
We say when you do not need us
Most of what we publish explains when a service is not worth buying. Duct cleaning is not annual maintenance and we will not sell it as though it is.
About the company being new
Plenty of new companies describe themselves in ways designed to sound established. We are not going to do that, partly because it would be dishonest and partly because it would undercut the entire point of the business.
So, plainly: Proof Vent & Duct was formed in 2026. It has not been trading for 18 years. The 18 years is the experience the family brings to it, doing this work in this valley, on the housing stock you actually live in — attic ductwork, roof-exit dryer vents in two-story homes, evaporative coolers on older properties, seasonal houses that sit closed for half the year.
You should not take a new company on trust anyway. Take it on evidence. Every job produces before-and-after footage and measured readings, and the guarantee runs 90 days. If the result is not what we documented, we come back and make it right, or you do not pay for it.
What we do, and what we refer out
We clean and we document. Dryer vents, air ducts, bathroom exhaust fans, range hoods, and wood-burning chimneys, across the Phoenix metro.
We do not repair. No duct repair, replacement, rerouting or sealing. No refrigerant and no air conditioning repair. No gas work. No electrical work. No evaporative cooler service. No mold testing or remediation. No commercial kitchen hoods.
When we find something outside that list — and on older Valley homes we often do — you get a photograph, a location, and a plain description of what it appears to be. Then it goes to the right licensed trade, and we will tell you what to ask them. We would rather hand a job away than take money for something we are not the right people to do.
