Free visual estimate
Free, and no obligation
We will come out, look at what you are dealing with, and give you an honest estimate at no cost and with no obligation. It is a visual assessment, not the paid camera-and-airflow inspection, and its whole job is to tell you what you actually need — including when the answer is nothing.
- No cost and no obligation
- No add-on commissions for our techs
- We'll tell you if you don't need the work
A visual estimate, not a paid inspection
These are two different things and we keep them separate on purpose. The free visual estimate is us coming out, looking, and giving you an honest quote at no charge.
The paid inspection is a diagnostic: a camera run through the duct and a measured airflow test, at $89, producing a documented before-and-after report you keep. If you want the footage and the numbers on record — for a sale, a landlord, or your own peace of it — that is the paid service, and it is worth what it costs. The free estimate is for when you just want a look and a price.
When a free estimate makes sense
-
Duct sealing quotes
Sealing is priced from a measurement, so a free visit is how you get the exact number before deciding.
-
Anything where you want a look first
A confusing dryer run, a vent you cannot reach, a system you are unsure about — we will look and tell you what we see.
-
An honest quote
You get a price for what the work actually is, at the same published rates that apply everywhere in the metro.
Why a free estimate here isn't the usual bait
A free inspection is one of the oldest tricks in this trade: get in the door for free, then manufacture problems and pressure you into work you never needed. We wrote a whole guide about exactly that, so we are not going to pretend the tactic does not exist.
Ours works the other way around. Our technicians earn no commission on add-ons, so no one has a reason to invent work. Our prices are published on this site, so you can read them before we ever arrive. And the honest answer, often, is that you do not need the service — which we will tell you, because a customer we did not oversell is one who calls us next time.

Questions about the free estimate
- Is the estimate really free?
- Yes. The visual estimate and the quote that comes with it cost nothing and carry no obligation. If we look and tell you that you do not need anything, that visit still costs you nothing.
- How is this different from your paid inspection?
- It is a visual assessment, not a diagnostic. The paid dryer vent inspection at $89 uses a camera and a measured airflow test and produces a documented report you can keep. The free estimate is us looking with our eyes and giving you a quote. If you need the camera and the numbers on record, that is the paid service.
- Isn't a free inspection a classic bait tactic?
- It can be, and we wrote a whole guide warning about it. The bait version uses a free look to manufacture problems and pressure you into work you do not need. Ours is the opposite: no commission on add-ons for our techs, published prices you can read before we arrive, and a standing willingness to tell you that you do not need the work. The free part is the visit, not a hook.
- Will you try to upsell me while you're here?
- No. Our technicians earn no commission on add-ons, and nothing gets added to any job without your approval by text first. The estimate is a number for what you asked about, plus an honest note if we genuinely see something else worth mentioning.
- What areas do you cover for this?
- The whole Phoenix metro we serve, at the same terms in every city. We batch visits by area, so scheduling is easiest when we are already working near you.
