Yes. The price on this page is the price. There is no coupon to find, print or ask for.

What if the job is different from what I described?
The technician confirms the exit type, duct length or vent count at the door. If something differs, you hear the corrected price and approve it by text before any work starts.

Will the technician sell me add-ons?
No. Technicians earn nothing on add-ons, and an add-on is only added if you approve it by text.

No. The price is the same in every city we serve.

What do I have to show for it?

Before you buy duct cleaning, read this
Duct cleaning is the most expensive thing on this list and most homes do not need it. The EPA does not recommend cleaning air ducts routinely, only as needed, and states plainly that duct cleaning has never been shown to prevent health problems.
It is worth doing when ducts are genuinely clogged and releasing debris into rooms, when there is vermin evidence, or after construction or a remodel carried out with the system running. If none of that applies, buy the dryer vent cleaning and keep the rest of your money.
What is not on this list
We clean and we document. We do not repair ductwork, handle refrigerant, do air conditioning repair, touch gas lines, do electrical work, service evaporative coolers, test or remediate for mold, or clean commercial kitchen hoods. If you ask us for any of those, you will get an honest referral rather than a quote.
Questions about our pricing
- Is this really the price I pay?
- Yes. These are the prices, they are the same in every city we serve, and they do not change once a technician is at your door. If the job turns out smaller than you described, you pay the smaller number. Nothing is added without your approval by text first.
- Why do you publish prices when most companies do not?
- Because the alternative is a number designed to get a van into your driveway, followed by a different number once somebody is standing in your laundry room. Publishing removes that, and it means you can compare us without a phone call.
- Do you charge more for cities further out?
- No. There is no travel surcharge and no zone pricing anywhere in our service area, from Phoenix to Avondale. What changes by area is which scheduling windows are realistic, not what you pay.
- What if I am not sure how many vents I have?
- Answer "not sure" in the quote tool and you will see a range rather than a single number. The technician counts with you at the door and confirms the exact price before any work starts.
- Do technicians earn commission on add-ons?
- No. There is no commission, no bonus and no target on add-ons. That is the structural reason a technician can tell you that you do not need something.
- What is the guarantee?
- 90 days. If the result is not what we documented in your proof report, we come back and make it right, or you do not pay for it.
