When to send a client our way
- Your report notes a dryer vent that looks restricted, crushed or poorly terminated.
- The dryer vent exits through the roof or from an upstairs laundry, where an inspector cannot see the whole run.
- Bird or pest activity at an exterior termination.
- The client wants a dated record of the vent's condition at the start of ownership.
What we give the client
A camera inspection and airflow test is $89. It shows what the run looks like inside and how much air leaves the exterior vent, so the client knows whether a cleaning is needed before paying for one. The photos and readings go to the client's phone before the technician leaves.
Where our work stops and yours starts
We clean and document. We do not diagnose the dryer or the building, we do not repair, and our report does not replace your inspection. If we find something that needs a repair, we list it with a photo and a plain description and the client takes it to the right trade.
No selling at the door
The technician earns nothing on add-ons, and any change to the price needs the client's approval by text before work starts. You can recommend us without worrying that your client will be sold something they did not ask for.
