Our Phoenix metro service area
City pages
- Phoenix
We cover the whole city, from the historic districts around Encanto out to Desert Ridge, Ahwatukee, and Laveen.
- Scottsdale
Scottsdale runs about thirty miles south to north, and the work changes completely along the way.
- Mesa
Mesa has more homes that sit empty for half the year than anywhere else we work, and that single fact changes the advice more than the housing stock does.
- Chandler
Chandler was farmland with a small town at the middle of it until about 1980, and then it built almost everything it has in the thirty years after.
- Gilbert
Gilbert is the newest big city in the Valley.
- Tempe
Tempe is landlocked and effectively built out, so it has almost no new houses and a constant supply of new tenants.
- Glendale
Glendale holds some of the oldest housing in the West Valley alongside some of its newest, and the gap between them is close to a century.
- Peoria
Peoria runs roughly twenty-five miles north to south and holds both the oldest and the newest housing we work on.
- Surprise
Surprise is mostly newer, mostly single-story, and home to a large share of the West Valley's 55-plus communities, so the questions here are different from the ones older cities ask.
- Goodyear
Goodyear is a young city of master-planned communities, and the work here is mostly dryer vents.
- Buckeye
Buckeye is the farthest west we work, and it is mostly new construction, so the honest advice here is often to skip duct cleaning and do the dryer vent.
- Sun City
Sun City is one of the oldest age-restricted communities in the country, and the work here follows the age of the house.
- Paradise Valley
Paradise Valley homes are large, and the price follows the system count, not the square footage.
- Avondale
Avondale mixes older homes near the original town with a lot of newer family housing and a steady rental market, so the work here is often about a change of hands.
One price across the whole Phoenix metro
Plenty of home service companies quote differently depending on how far out you are, usually without telling you that is what is happening. We publish one price and charge it everywhere inside our service area.
What does change by location is scheduling. We batch work by area rather than crossing the Valley twice in a day, and attic or roof work gets early morning windows from roughly May through September. If a day you want is not realistic for your area, we will tell you that rather than book it and miss.
Questions about our Phoenix metro coverage
- Which cities do you serve in the Phoenix metro?
- We cover Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Sun City, Paradise Valley, Avondale. The published price is the same in every one of them.
- Do you charge more for cities further out?
- No. There is no travel surcharge and no zone pricing inside our service area. A dryer vent cleaning is the same published price whether you are in central Phoenix or out in Peoria.
- What if my ZIP is outside your service area?
- Tell us where you are and we will give you a straight answer rather than stringing you along. If we cannot reach you properly, we would rather say so than send a technician on a two-hour round trip and rush your job.
- Do you have an office I can visit?
- No. We are a service-area business, which means we come to you and do not operate a storefront. That is also why you will not find a street address on this site.
